Shipping/Pickup/Local Delivery Options

SHIPPING

Corals are individually packaged and shipped Priority Overnight.  Heat or ice packs are included when necessary. You will be contacted within 24 hours of ordering to arrange shipping.  We will not ship until we have had communication with you to ensure the arrival date works with your schedule.  Saturday Delivery is not currently offered.

DOA POLICY

• Email a CLEAR picture of the coral in question in the sealed bag/container within 2 hours of package arrival.
• Store credit will be issued for future purchases if the coral is DOA.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.

PRICING

Orders over $399.99 --- FREE SHIPPING 

Orders between $200 and $399.99 --- $29.00

Orders under $200 --- $59

 

PICKUP

We do allow you to pick up your coral in the Edwardsville area.  Please use the code "PICKUP" at checkout to remove the shipping costs from your order.  We do not currently have any standard hours and we will have to arrange for a mutually agreed time/location.  

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We also offer free local delivery/meetup to those of you in the Saint Louis area for orders over $200.  Please contact us with any questions.
